Exchanges & Returns
we want you to love what you ordered. if something isn't right, we've got you.
you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or return. items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all tags still attached. anything that looks worn, washed, or damaged won't be accepted.
exchanges are processed for a different size or item, subject to availability.
refunds are issued to your original payment method. if you'd prefer, we're happy to issue store credit instead — your call.
sale items and bridal pieces are final sale and not eligible for exchange or return.
